  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are determined by the price of your order and the delivery destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on the total purchase of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: $15 or Free if you order over $150
  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days depending on location.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions.

No International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia and do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Shipping Carriers

  • We use Australia Post for all our shipping needs.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our store.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, or contact the carrier directly. In case of missing packages, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product).
